My business is very pleased with the knife itself. It possesses a great super sharp edge right as they are that has held over 2 months of just about daily use. The combo edge provides each knife more versatility over most of my other knives that were demoted towards the sock drawer. My only gripe using this strategy is it's definitely designed for right handed people. I'm a lefty and I've was required to discover ways to open it up with my right hand. I'm still not too dexterous with my right hand in order that it often takes the hands for me to open it.
