Let me start with saying it can be OKAY. It's produced in China therefore the quality is shoddy. I have used it for a couple miscellaneous tasks and am afraid I most certainly will break it. ALL of my other Gerber products are actually manufactured in the U.S.A. and therefore are amazing, some happen to be inherited from my dad if you ask me likewise and be more effective than the. I don't know when Gerber sent their items to become made in China but I am going to not purchase Gerber anymore as a consequence of it. In the absolute emergency I might utilize this but it really would be my extra last choice. If you're looking for something to throw into an emergency kit that you just wouldn't use often I'd say you could see better for less money and I would not recommend this.
