We have numerous multitools eg. Super Tool 300, Charge TTi as well as Victorinox Spirit and Swisstool. Away from the many multitools my favorite is undoubtedly the Charge ALX. The ALX is comparable to the Charge TTi but has aluminum handle scales. The titanium around the TTi is supposed to more professional and premium material but it really does not feel of the same quality around my hands. It always felt and looked unfinished to me. The ALX alternatively has smooth, comfortable aluminum scales that looks killer, like a premium quality knife. If scissors really are a must then opt for the Charge TTi. Personally I rarely make use of the scissors to ensure the dual bit driver for the ALX is the perfect configuration in my opinion. Its nice to have always a philips and flat head driver/allen key done to you (since some jobs require both). With the Leatherman bit kit the ALX is easily the most capable multitool Ive encounter which enables it to tackle most medium duty tasks.
