The B61 is unquestionably my personal favorite of their type of multitools, this is because it is rather simple, and extremely effective. Most multitools like Leatherman and Gerber are exactly like most pliers... essentially two items of metal fixed together in a single pivot point (yeah, Gerbers use a pretty cool way of opening up, however they still have identical basic overall design). Now, the common multitool has a leverage ratio of just one:8, and therefore you have 8 pounds of force on whatever is within the plier head's grip for every single 1 pound of force you apply towards handles. With all the B61s, the leverage ratio is 1:14. That's enough to cut via a quarter as if it were butter (trust me, I've tried... this morning, actually. Don't ask).
